<![CDATA[[Duplicated]White color flashing when opening new tabs]]>When a new page loads in the browser, or the same page is being refreshed, it goes blank, white color, for about a second, or less, or more, depending on the page load.

Is it possible to set this color to dark? Because the contrast is so high when using all dark themes in the browser, it's quite distracting to the eyes.
