Open Opera’s Downloads folder (Ctrl + J → “Show in folder”) and copy your photos to the folder used by PlayMemories Home.
Then, in PlayMemories Home, go to File → Add Folders and select that folder to import your photos. Further, if you want to share the photos from PlayMemories to Phone, you can easily have a photo or file sharing platform from google play store or app store.

You need to go to Windows settings and change it in the default app section.
