I didn't remember my old password, so I changed it. I know this is a bit unseemly, but I sorta have proof of owning my account a while ago? Just wanted to see if there were any last efforts, since I tried the old passwords, but they don't seem to be the right one. I think I still have the other device.

-Another question, does Opera GX and Opera sync?

So there is no way to decrypt your synced data unless you remember the passphrase/password.
