I see. This is a very interesting subject we might purse one day, however it's not a part of the current roadmap.

Opera Air so far, has been a great experience and i would love for a mobile app for Opera Air on the go. (Also that would mean instant transfer add-on via NFC, like sharing sites with nice animations and stuff)

How it's related to Opera Air for Android? Which doesn't exist (at least for now).

@krishnakrverma Thanks for feedback.

Is there any specific extension you need to install in the mobile version of the browser?

All Opera users will want to install uBlock Origin on Opera Mobile.

I don't know why, but I feel like Opera is against the use of extensions. Firstly, Opera Air has trouble supporting extensions. Then there is Opera Neon, the AI browser, which has high potential of making extensions meaningless due to its AI capabilities. The employees are not updating the Opera addons page which of course looks very outdated and has barely any good extensions. I have also seen you people often share links from the Chrome web store instead.

And now you are asking if there is any specific extension I need to install, as if you and your team would like to implement it in the browser itself. I mean, there are infinite possibilities with extensions.

I might be wrong or have misunderstood this, but this is what I get from a bird's eye view.

It should have the feature to download extensions. It will help us to increase our productivity. There should be atleast one Opera browser for mobile that supports extensions (Firefox and Edge already do).

I don't mind if Opera Air has a dedicated app or just add the features to the Opera Android app. I just like Opera Air features very much and hope to have them on my phone as well.

Right now, we're focus on polishing the "desktop" experience.

Is there anything specific to have it also as an Android App? Feel free to share any deatils.
