I use Opera with a lot of tabs and windows open. Sometimes I drag a tab from a window so it becomes a new window. In this case all of the workspaces are "empty" with only the <start tab>.
I would find it helpful if workspaces which had tabs other than just the <start> were identified (maybe a dot in the corner). This would ease the identification of windows which could be closed immediately.
I realise this is only of interest for users who use a lot of tabs but they would find it very useful!
