Going up to 1.33V VID max showing in HWMonitor while maxing all cores,. Like it seems to go 100% power just to load a page for no reason then it calms down... Any ideas how to fix this issue or atleast limit this...</p>

Well i was trying to figure out what's going on with fans while i switch tabs. Like i said it started a few updates before. It wasn't the only issue but those were at best mildly annoying for eg. suggestions while typing in search bar stutter.</p>
<p dir="auto">There's no hardware issue, windows is updated so is opera, it runs fine after loading a page even while having multitabs open with videos.</p>
