<![CDATA[Can not up-vote using Disqus.]]>Disqus is used on many forums for opinions.

If a person expresses an opinion, where there are no votes, I can up-vote.

Where there are already up-votes, I cannot add to the up-vote.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I am using Adguard, but have it disabled on that particular site.

Make sure cookies and local data are allowed and third-party is not blocked.

Not sure what you mean by local data settings.

So in a normal window, I tried disabling all extensions. No luck.

I made a couple of minor changes in settings, ... no luck.

Ran CCleaner, shut down and restarted. Now works okay.

One of the mysteries of computers I guess.
