No matter what mod I install, none are working. I can download them just fine but the wallpaper doesn't change or anything. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps I can find, even deleting the Themes folder (which has always been empty) but nothing seems to be resolving my issue. Even the default wallpapers are not working. Not sure what else to do.
