Specifically the visual aspect, the fact that when I get an answer from Aria it scrolls down as she answers hurts my head, I would much prefer leaving the user to scroll themselves. You could also add a button to scroll all the way down from when we are higher up.</p>

I have to go to another conversation tab and return <em>in hopes of</em> of it being resolved. Otherwise, I click the button on my mouse to fast scroll so that I "break from" the problem. If I scroll down too fast (it's not even fast at that point), it scrolls me instantaneously to the bottom of the conversation.</p>
