In most modern browsers (i.e Chrome, Edge) on mobile, the app Action Bar background color is updated automatically "on page finished loading" to match the current page theme-color meta tag. This improves UX by making it seem immersive and more complete rather than the contrast between a blue website and a black or white browser app bar.
