<![CDATA[downloads arent downloading]]>when i press download on literally anything (extenstions, files) it doesnt even show that its doing anything

when i want to download anything, it doesnt even do anything, but when im downloading an extenstion there is an error message that says "FILE_BLOCKED", i havent found a solution on youtube, twitter, reddit, and forums so im posting this here
