<![CDATA[Dark mode UI with light content]]>I think that the option to have separate themes for browser UI and content, like in websites would be really beneficial.
Before i always wanted this feature as i use 2 monitor setup and like the second monitor to have only dark windows shown so to not distract from the main content on the main screen. But i really don't like my content to be in dark mode (besides finding dark content confusing, high contrast really messes with my astigmatism). So i had this dilemma with dark\light modes.
But now I'm switching to the oled monitor and really like to do all that is possible to prevent burn in. I know i will almost always have a browser's top bar shown on the screen, and it better be dark. The option to have separate themes for ui and websides would help in this case too!

Anyway, maybe someday Chromium will add that option.

So if i only need the browser's top bar with navigation and things being dark and not the content i could set it up. I mean it's not even so much dark mode i would like to see as just tunable top bar and controls in the theme.

That's not something controlled by the browser.

On YouTube you can click on your account icon and change to light mode.

But with just Opera when i set dark mode websites like youtube change to dark mode too
