It's a free program that lets you watch YouTube for free without ads. The only problem is that you can't comment on videos with it, but that doesn't bother me. I make my comments on YouTube via the browser.
https://github.com/FreeTubeApp/FreeTube/releases This is the URL where you can download FreeTube. This solves the problem with the double sound on YouTube and the force that you have to deactivate the ad blocker on YouTube.

This problem is only present in Opera and not in any other browser!
Does anyone know what exactly is causing this and how I can fix this problem?

I can pause the video in the new tab, but I keep hearing the audio play of the same video. I can mute the tab and it shuts up. I have disabled pop out video playing and cleared history and cache. Just decided to happen all of a sudden today, no updates or any change of software on the machine.
