Opera GX is my default browser for years and I'm using Kaspersky for a few months now, I've been using both for months without any issues—until today. After an Opera GX update, Kaspersky started flagging PDM:Exploit.Win32.Generic in Opera GX files. After Kaspersky took action, I completely uninstalled Opera GX and downloaded a fresh setup. However, after reinstalling, the files are still being flagged.
