Would anyone know how to avoid that? Thanks!</p>

That does sound really annoying though. It might be some shortcut in Opera that's getting triggered by the en dash<a href="https://castleappp.info/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">.</a> Maybe check the keyboard settings in Opera and see if you can turn that off. Hopefully someone here has a quick fix!</p>

You can try checking Opera’s settings under Keyboard shortcuts to see if there’s an option to change or disable it. Another workaround is to type the en dash (–) using Alt + 0150 (on Windows) or Option + - (on Mac) instead. Hope that helps!</p>

I found the section (it's Preferences &gt; Shortcuts &gt; Configure Shortcuts on my Opera). However, there is no shortcut configured Opt-[dash] or Opt-[dot]. Any idea where I might find those? Maybe they aren't consideret keyboard shortcuts but something else? Thanks again!</p>
