I sent some links to My Flow, and after a few hours, I turned on my laptop to access those websites. Unfortunately, when I opened My Flow on the Opera Browser, I encountered an error page.

I didn't take a screenshot of the page because I thought the available options would fix it — but they didn't. I also don't remember the exact messages well, so I'll try to write something close to what I saw.

The page displayed a UFO image with an error message below and two buttons: one labeled "Recarregar" (Reload/Refresh) and the other "Restaurar" (Restore/Recover).

I tried reloading multiple times, but the same error page kept appearing. Then, I clicked the second button, which triggered a modal with the following message:

"We will try to recover your content, but if it's not possible, you need to reconnect using another device (the history on other devices will not be deleted [...])."

So, I clicked OK, and it disconnected my Opera account from the browser and disabled synchronization on Android — completely wiping My Flow content on both devices. After that, I reconnected my account, but My Flow was empty.

I searched both Google and this website for solutions to recover the content, but I found nothing. I also came across many topics about My Flow content being lost, and it's shocking how, after all these years, Opera still cannot save My Flow data properly — unlike passwords, pinboards, bookmarks, etc.

I've lost my content multiple times before due to connection issues. The only reason I didn't lose it more often was that I had 4 devices using My Flow, so at least one always retained the content for the others. But now, I only have 2 devices, and it’s frustrating to see this issue persist.

Sorry for the wall of text, but earlier I was really frustrated with this problem and felt the need to share it.

Now it's possible to see that the messages I wrote earlier aren’t exactly the same as the real ones, but there is a similar sentence in parentheses, which I highlighted at 01:25 in the video.

Translation: "Content will continue to be available on other connected devices."

Unfortunately, at the end of the video, you can see my Opera account being disconnected, and My Flow on Android was also disconnected. Because of this I lost all content again, which contradicts the message shown in "Redefinir" (Reset) modal.

After that, I tried reconnecting to My Flow, but it's still showing the same UFO error screen, and https://opera.com/connect is stuck in an infinite loading loop, even after restarting both the browser and my laptop a few times.

Is it possible for someone at Opera to fix this issue?
