<![CDATA[Unable to Download Files]]>no matter what i download from my browser, I receive an "Interrupted, Virus scan failed" message.

On Opera GX mods, I receive the message "FILE_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILED"

this is only something that has happened recently, as I have been using the browser for quite some time without these issues, but since they started, have yet to be able to find a solution between clean installs of opera, disabling windows defender/tweaking its settings, etc.
