It's free of all the junk. So it doesn't burden the machine. I use it on a virtual machine.

Can you even install that on a regular computer? IOT would mean it is for "smart devices" rather than desktops or laptops, and may lack some features you would expect on a real computer. Most obvious might be support for streamed media.
