<![CDATA[current documentation on how to install Opera plugins?]]>I've been looking at the following page:

http://www.opera.com/docs/plugins/installation/

It says that this document was last updated for Opera 11.60, which means that this document is several years out of date. Is there anything more current?

In particular, I'm looking for information on how to configure the Adobe Flash Player. Opera keeps telling me that my flash player is out of date, but I believe that this is not accurate.

You'll want to get the PAPPI (Pepper Plugin API) version. Go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ select the correct OS and the PAPPI, uncheck the chrome add-on and install it. After that go into plugins and make sure the NPAPI is disabled and you should be all set.
