I had set up Google authentication in my Opera account. I deleted the code from the Google Authenticator app. I don't have a backup code. I had a lot of data in it. I am not able to recover it now.

Unless you have that data somewhere else, it can't be recovered. Since you have no way to prove it is yours, they can't do anything.
