Can it be disabled?]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">Greetings!</p>
<p dir="auto">Subject line says it all. I'm using Opera on a flash drive and it works great. I'd like to improve boot-up time alot though. If Opera loads or updates Speed Dial images on each boot-up, can this be disabled?</p>

Can it be disabled? on Tue, 10 Feb 2015 07:24:25 GMT]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">and i might add that it would be great if it updated the tiles at all. that's one of the opera 12 features i really miss, every time after i've waken up my system from hibernation i have to manually reload all the speed dial tiles. (not that the opera 12 feature ever worked properly, but sometimes it did, and this "sometimes" i miss,)</p>
