I have used opera for many years without problems until I changed my computer to one using windows 7 64bit and the manage bookmarks when used does not show my current unfiled bookmarks and all the folders so I cannot organise my bookmarks.
any help will be appreciated

You can move bookmarks, but it would take several steps to get it into a lower level folder. (That is, drop it into the correct first level folder on the left, then go to that folder and drag it to the correct subfolder on the right, etc.)
