This seems to be an old bug, and it still hasn’t been fixed. I am using the Opera browser on Android, and my browser history keeps reappearing after I delete and reinstall Opera. I have tried manually deleting every tab, opening a new tab and deleting all others automatically, then deleting the new tab manually. I have also cleared the cache and removed data manually, yet somehow my browser history from a year ago still keeps reappearing.
