Sometimes, Opera just closes out of nowhere. When I re-open it, all of my extensions I've installed are missing and I cannot re-enable them. The weird thing is, the only extension is an adblocker that I've never installed, let alone heard of. Furthermore, when the issue occurs, another shortcut is added to the desktop.

I've tried re-installing Opera, resetting Opera to its default settings, uninstalling some extensions, and disabling graphics acceleration, but the issue has persisted.

Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
