I am using Opera 19 on Microsoft Windows XP Pro SP3 and using a U. S. Cellular 4G LTE Huawei UML-397 Broadband Modem. I need to use Off-Road Mode so that I don't use too much data, and it is faster, but sometimes it gives me a message that it is unable to connect to the proxy server. I know that Off-Road Mode uses a proxy server to work, but I don't know why it won't connect sometimes, when my connection is stable. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it a problem with me or not? Does U. S. Cellular also use a proxy server for my broadband? Does anyone know how to fix this? Also, it is off topic, but does anyone know how to get that same adapter to work on Linux Ubuntu? I am fed up with windows, and XP's support is ending soon, and I would like to switch to Linux, but this is the only thing holding me back.

Thank You In Advance,
Matt

EDIT: The Adapter was not the Huawei UML-197, It is the Huawei UML-397.

Your office proxy is probably blocking the connection to Turbo's proxy.
