This is my first post. I have been having an ongoing issue that brings me here. Some websites display symbols of letter's rather than the actual letters. Check out the pic. I would love to hear your thoughts on this, hopefully it's an easy fix. Thanks for your time.<br />

<p dir="auto">If you see it on every website - including this one - then it is something else, since MyOpera does not use web fonts.</p>

Pic attached. on Sun, 14 Apr 2013 22:22:47 GMT]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">In Opera, via Ctrl+F12 &gt; Webpages &gt; Normal font (and Monospace font), what is shown in the two boxes that set up defaults for pages without a specific style? Most likely they'll be listed as something like Times New Roman and Consolas (respectively). Are those fonts working correctly on your system - especially the monospace font? It's also possible that certain pages' "specified" fonts are misbehaving on your system. What you're getting seems to look much like a Wingding font, or something similar, for many (but not all) portions of the page.</p>
<p dir="auto">FYI, using 12.14, all three of the pages you reference look fine on my system.</p>
