This same problem i have at Opera 26, but i not remember how i resolve it.

This looks to be the culprit " gpg: keyblock resource `/etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/xorg-edgers-ppa.gpg': resource limit", after a quick search found this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt/+bug/1263540. Hope this helps.
