This looks to be the culprit " gpg: keyblock resource `/etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/xorg-edgers-ppa.gpg': resource limit", after a quick search found this bug <a href="https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt/+bug/1263540" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apt/+bug/1263540</a>.
