      Hi:
Why cant I play videos on youtube etc.? and why when I go thru all the steps to find my plug-in section there is NO Adobe Flash listed? And WHY isnt there a section where you could install a new darn plug-ins on your Opera?
and why the Support page doesnt work? It says "do you mean Flash Plug-in"? and when you click on it, nothing happens? Hah!
Can someone please help with this very basic thing? Or should I go back to IE and Firefox?
(Chrome also eats the hell out of my RAM memory) that is why I dont use them!and I dont use spyware either (no matter what these idies say/do I still value privacy.)!
      Thank You Very Much!

try this to get older plugins like flash player back

          1. right click on opera icon on quick launch or opera icon on display, click on properties
2.then on the target, it should say the location of the opera file that opens opera up
(example, my computer which is vista, the link should be "C:\Program Files\Opera\launcher.exe")
          2. copy this target flag: -allow-outdated-plugins
          3. paste the flag on the target, then place 1 space between the " and - to insert to put the flag in.
(note you need to close and reopen opera)

and boom, older plug ins work again.

            Thank You!
why in thunderation neither Opera nor Adobe say anything about it? I even did a search on both sites. Gee..
I like Opera cuz it uses the least amount of memory and works the fastest and does not slow down my computer/laptop.
