Also, the adblock plus extension is not working - when clicked or right-clicked and then 'options' selected, it says this website is not found.

Its a much better session tool than whats built in, better even than Opera 12s sessions IMO, and its very helpful for crashes and unexpected shutdowns.

Yes, adblock is enabled. Icon in upper right of window is now dark, not the same as before.

It's enabled? Opera sometimes disables the extensions when a crash happens.

Maybe your sessions file got corrupted?

If you close Opera with some pages opened, does those pages appears when you reopen Opera?
