<![CDATA[lost audio on Opera 26]]>Only Opera 26 among my 7 browsers doesn't have any audio. All the other browsers (including Opera 12.17, both 32- and 64-bit) work fine. Opera 26 used to have audio, but sometime in December it stopped, and I haven't been able to restore it. Any suggestions? Is there a setting somewhere specific to audio?

Voilà! Mercy buckets! With audio streaming, another slider appears labeled "Opera Internet Browser", and IT is muted. Un-muting that slider did the trick. Whew! Now I don't have to switch to another browser to watch YouTube.

You can't hear audio in any page or only in a specific page?

I've checked the audio mixer, and there are only 2 sliders - Device and Applications. Both are tied together, and the sliders are above the halfway position, and neither is muted. There is nothing that references Opera or Browsers specifically. Is there a setting within Opera that can mute the audio?

Start up Opera and left click the speaker icon on your taskbar by the clock and then click Mixer. Has Opera had its volume lowered or muted?
