In the previous version, the top of the tap was disable, so was able to moove the windows by grabing the top of the windows. Since the update (I'm in core: 114.0.5282.248). When i want to moove the windows, it move an tabs a create an another windows. I can't find the option anymore, and the option still exist ?

The part high part in purple was disabled before, so i was able to grad the windows and not the tab. Now i need to fin an empty spot on the tabs list and grab the windows there.
