Yes, I am located in Thailand, but I have no way to switch to English. First thing I tried is to go to setting and change my language to English, which doesn't help. Secondly, I reached out to Opera Forum and tried to find the "Local State" file under the Profile path in About Opera, and I can't find it (the picture is attached to this forum). Reaching out for help.</p>
