Every time I open Opera, it automatically redirects to the settings tab. There are no shortcuts configured to trigger this, and I am unable to navigate to any other tabs or close the settings tab. Even when I try, the settings tab reopens on its own, persisting indefinitely. Additionally, I can no longer access advanced settings, as the browser continuously resets to the beginning of the settings page.
