on win 11
Clicking anywhere in either menu causes opera to crash. This has been tested on two different win 11 desktops. Including a brand new installation.

This just got fixed in Opera Developer 117. Not sure when it'll be in Opera Stable and then Opera GX, but the issue is known at least.
