<![CDATA[Link passwords wont sync after link password change]]>Hi I have a problem. I had to reinstall my OS. I was using link to sync my opera but I have forgotten my old password, so I've changed it (by restoring via email). But after installing opera, it wont sync any passwords because it wants the old password. If I knew it, I would not change it. How can I fix this problem ? Can someone help me ?

What is the easiest way to transfer everything I can, especially passwords.

Opera should import your data. Just install Opera 12.17 before and make it the default browser.

Whick folder EXACTLY I hae to back up? And which files to copy in which new folder on new PC (file names are still the same??)

Note: Opera Blink (Opera 15+) is not compatible with Opera Presto, so copy the files won't help.

If you want to keep using Opera Presto, backup your profile folder. See Help > About for the path. Then install Opera Presto on the new pc and copy the files to the new profile folder.

Im currently on Opera 12.x on my old PC and soon Im going to new PC and newsest version of Opera.

Except of course Sync, since you changed the password.

Did you backup your data before reinstalling?
