<li>When running this speed-check page:  <a href="http://www.timewarnercable.com/en/support/speed-test.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">http://www.timewarnercable.com/en/support/speed-test.html</a>      I get a download speed of 12 mps and an upload of .8 mps.  When running on IE or Netscape (on Win 7 and in Linux), I get the proper 16 mps download and 1 mps upload.</li>

<p dir="auto">You were right.  It is the extension "Disconnect" that is causing that problem.</p>

<p dir="auto">I get similar speeds on my browsers that support this page.  Maybe a goal could be to bring Opera into compliance if not too onerous.  I guess the bigger question is: Is Opera slower?   Are other people getting similar speeds on other websites with different browsers?</p>

<p dir="auto">Do you use any extensions? If so try disabling them.</p>

<li>I've got a "unsupported browser" warning for that page, just to say.</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">I've teste with three different browsers and each one of them gave me a different download speed.</p>
