<![CDATA[I cannot change the UI language for Opera]]>All the settings for displaying web pages are in English, my prefered language, but I can't change the language of the UI such as settings.

I only see posts about fixing this in Linux but I have a windows computer.

does anyone know how to fix this on windows 11?
