<![CDATA[Performance: HTML5 x Pepper Flash Player]]>I noticed today that Pepper Flash Player has a better performance than HTML5 (on YouTube), I am the only one who see that?

PS: My computer is not powerful.

This is worth a bug report, unless you find info on your card's model or drivers being blocked for some reason by Chromium or Windows.
