It starts to load one page and the speed of loading decreases like a downslope graph untill it stops completely midway. Most websites are like this . Vpn is off. I tried switching off data saving, cleared cache, they are all not helping. When i close the browser and start it again it loads that page fast and correctly. I have to do this everytime for most websites. Chrome works perfectly for the exact same websites.

For you I'd say it's somethin on your device, but it could be Opera taking more and more data, even with them taking less than Chrome and the like.
