[FIX] RTX VSR Improvements

Is it the GX AI enhacement button for videos or something else? How can we enable it in the browser, I couldn't find it in settings or flags.

Btw, can we get a changelog built into a browser? Having to go to forum to read changelogs (rarely updated) is quite frustrating. Modern applications usually have changelogs built-in or hosted on github with every release...
