<![CDATA[Inspector panel not respecting selected theme]]>Hi,

I did a search for this but couldn't find anyone else experiencing the issues, my inspector panel theme is set to 'system preferences', which shows up as light mode, even though my system preferences are dark mode (i'm assuming that system preferences are the ubuntu desktop settings here).

So if i change the theme to "Dark" then it changes to dark, but not on a new tab, or on restart of the browser.

Anyone else experienced this?
Version: Opera One(version: 113.0.5230.86)
System: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS (x86_64; X-Cinnamon)
