<![CDATA[most x (twitter) videos don't play]]>Opera can't play most videos on twitter, it started a while ago and can't figure out a solution. It just shows a loading spinner forever.

I disabled it and now it works fine.

If that alone doesn't work, you might have to goto the URL opera://settings/content/all, type twitter.com in the search field and choose "Deleted displayed data".

If that doesn't do the trick, you might have to clear "cookies and other site data" for all sites at the URL opera://settings/clearBrowserData.

Could be Opera's adblocking and tracking protection interfering too if you have that on. Same with Opera's built-in VPN.
