<![CDATA[Stop any video DL by one click]]>Problem: some sites impudently and forcibly overuse video capability! Sure many people could be happy to have one button on toolbar, which stops all videos on all pages(tabs)! Stop playing and stop downloading. Sure it's not a problem for Opera at all - it knows all resources it loads currently.

Also helpful addition will be individual popup menu for each video, which allows to stop/resume this video. Nowadays we have too much annoying advert and we must have some weapon to break this depraved practice.
