Instead, make frequent file backups of your important personal data and your major application software settings files, and keep them in a genuinely secure place. Just some advice for the future, when this problem has faded away... 😉

You can't access the link or its content as the link is dead.

If the link contains your's bookmarks then you should be able to access them using the bookmarks manager and share them again.
