If the person is already logged in, it is supposed that s/he knows the password and that's why you don't see it when you are logged in.

I've been to the linked page a dozen or more times and I can see no place to type my email address. Actually I can but when I do, it requires my password for the next step.

Do I sign out and then try to sign in?
