<![CDATA[Dependency not satisfiable]]>I'm trying to install Opera on a Dell laptop running Linux Mint 22. (recent upgrade) with the Cinnamon desktop

opera-stable_112.0.5197.53_amd64.deb

Every time I try I get an error message

Dependency is not satisfiable libglib 2.0-0 (>=2.39.4)

(I think that's right. I had to transcribe it as the message won't let me CTRL-C)

Not quite sure what that means but for extra information, according to the package manager the package libglib 2.0-0 isn't installed, and CAN'T be installed because the package manager can't find it.

Bit stuck. What can I do?

Try sudo apt-get install libglib2.0-0
