so, aria is not available for all regions. and on android, it developed to hide aria button if the user is form x or y country.
and my issue: which way does opera android use to detect region of user?
opera account region? phone region? phone timezone? client ip?
and will it save the country check result one time forever or it
repeats with every startup?
