<![CDATA[Unable to access password manager using laptop password]]>I have entered the correct password for the administrator account even trying other administrator accounts along with changing the administrator account password however it does not work. Any suggestions?

And at the same time you are using account called Administrator? Sounds conflicting 🙂

When you log into laptop, what user name you enter, Administrator? Do you have password for that user? Or does your PC log in automatically?

If you need overview of your Opera passwords without entering PC one, then nirsoft chromepass should work (or at least did work year ago).
