I tried every way possible (I can't) and reinstalled a few times

How far does it get before crashing? As in, window appears but no toolbars, toolbars are shown but no speed dials or no tab titles, speed dial renders but then if crashes, tabs start to load content (or load completely) but then it crashes? There is a lot that happens in any browser on startup; knowing fow far it gets can narrow things down.

Most general solution - rename your profile, or start Opera with a guest profile. Both will cause Opera to act like you only just installed it. If it starts that way, the problem is in your profile content (sessions, settings, or extensions) and you can try putting things back a little at a time to see which makes it crash.
