<![CDATA[Opera disappeared (or is it hidden)]]>In Windows 11 - Apps - Installed apps it shows I have two versions of Opera Stable installed .
111.0.5168.43 (27/06/2024)
111.0.5168.61 (16/07/2024)

If I hover the mouse icon over them it comes up as "Overflow" but wont go to any app.

Due to a windows update crash today my original Opera vanished loosing my bookmarks etc. So I reinstalled a new version of Opera without thinking before seeing the copy in Installed Apps. The new copy has non of my Bookmarks etc.

So hopefully if my original opera is still there how can I access it - I thought on previous installs it linked with existing bookmarks. I would like to retrieve my Bookmarks.

Any help please.

If you are talking about the data, it's in the profile directory, the one under Roaming.

AppData - Local - Opera Software - Opera Stable - Default

Programs - Opera
111.0.5168.43
111.0.5168.61

Roaming - Opera Software - Opera Stable - Default

But this is the new instal (111.0.5168.61) - is there a way to locate previous instal (111.0.5168.43 )? Never had a problem like this before and I have used Opera since it started.

Reinstalling Opera doesn't (or shouldn't at least) make you loose your data.
